“There is a reason these guys have such a high rating. My car was damaged by my neighbour reversing into my parked car. As a result, the wing, front bumper and headlamp needed to be replaced (front bumper repaired). The damaged headlamp made my car an MOT fail. I went to three garages for estimates and Diamond Bodycraft was by-far the most reasonable from both a labour and parts perspective.
I made my claim through my insurance company on a Sunday and I opted to go with Diamond Bodycraft even though they were not a preferred garage by my insurance provider. Diamond Bodycraft contacted me the next day to confirm that the claim had been submitted to them. I was then contacted again by Diamond Bodycraft the next day confirming that the claim had been approved for repair. 7 calendar days later I dropped my car off and I have just collected my car today. I was under significant time pressure as my MOT also expires today, which I made Diamond Bodycraft aware of. They very kindly arranged for my MOT to be performed and for my tyre to be replaced at no extra charge.
